PCC Kids’ Corner
Don’t miss PCC Kids’ Corner in the Snoqualmie Room. A new event at Taste of Health, this area will feature fun and educational parent-child activities, including a life-size maze, the PCC Kids' Kitchen, and a wide assortment of hands-on healthy fun. Don't miss rubber stamping, potato image printing, healthy meal matching, decorating potato faces, coloring paper chefs' hats, face painting, The Bubbleman and lots more. There’ll also be opportunities for kids to play The Earth's in Jeopardy and participate in interactive cooking lessons. Chef David Wasson, developer of That's Fresh Kids’ Cooking will be among the presenters. [details and schedule]

ECE Academy supervises 4-8 year olds
Children from 4-8 years old can be supervised for up to 2 hours in the ECE Academy's activity area where a wide variety of fun educational activities will be available. ECE Academy is a state-approved K-6 school based in Puyallup. Parents will be provided with an AT&T pager while they attend Taste of Health programs.

Cooking Demos
Cooking healthy at home can be fun and easy. Several wonderful chefs will demonstrate their techniques and share their secrets for delicious, easy-to-prepare meals. Guaranteed to make you hungry! Cusines demonstrated include Cuban and Asian. They range from no cooking to the Joy of Soy to healthy desserts. [schedule]

Huge Selection of Books, Author Signings
Hundreds of nutrition, cooking, and vegetarian titles have been assembled in one place. This is a unique opportunity to browse such a comprehensive collection. Net proceeds benefit EarthSave.
Speakers will sign their books in the bookstore following each presentation.
